The core loop. More eligible demand → higher auction competition → higher effective CPM. Cleaner traffic → higher reputation → your inventory valued higher when advertisers plan campaigns → a better payout tier. Optimizing AdXensor is optimizing both halves of that loop.
Lever 1 — Deepen the demand pool
The auction can only pick from campaigns that clear the eligibility funnel. Widen that funnel and more — and more valuable — ads compete for every slot.Support multiple ad sizes per site
Ad size is a hard filter — a campaign with no creative for your slot’s size can’t compete. Sites with fewer than 2 supported sizes are flagged in your dashboard. Add more sizes to unlock more demand.
Prefer standard IAB sizes
Use
300x250, 336x280, 728x90, 320x50, and 300x600. These attract the most advertiser demand and are the only sizes the always-fill house banner backs — so even unsold slots earn instead of going blank.Declare your page language correctly
Campaigns with no language targeting match everyone, but language-targeted campaigns only match when your page’s
lang tag matches the visitor. Make sure each page declares the correct language so you stay eligible for language-targeted demand on top of the agnostic pool.Run more than one healthy site
A single active site is flagged for growth. More verified, healthy sites widen matchable inventory and raise the account-level signals that set your payout tier.
Lever 2 — Protect traffic quality
Invalid traffic is the most expensive problem you can have: it’s never paid, it lowers reputation (up to −40 points), and it gates your payout tier.Keep invalid rate low
Target ≤ 2% (“Clean”). Standard tier needs your worst site ≤ 20%; Trusted needs ≤ 10%. Audit any site drifting toward “Watch” (> 10%).
Keep CTR in the healthy band
Aim for 0.5%–6%. Below 0.5% looks dead; above 6% looks like invalid clicks. Both drop you out of the healthy scoring tier.
Never incentivize clicks
No “click here,” no accidental-tap layouts, no click bots. Inflated CTR doesn’t just fail to pay — it actively lowers your reputation.
Place ads for real visibility
Above-the-fold, in-content placements earn genuine impressions and views. High viewability correlates with the healthy CTR and volume that lift reputation.
Lever 3 — Climb the reputation ladder
Reputation scales the audience reach and CPM an advertiser sees for your inventory when planning a campaign (a factor of score ÷ 100), and determines your payout tier. Here’s the exact path up:Lever 4 — Reach the Trusted tier
Trusted is the best financial upgrade you can earn — a 15-day hold (vs 30), a payout minimum cut to 40%, and priority in the payout queue.Requirement: ≥ 1 verified site
Requirement: ≥ 1 verified site
At least one site that has served a real impression.
Requirement: average reputation ≥ 65
Requirement: average reputation ≥ 65
Across your sites. Driven by volume + healthy CTR − invalid penalty (see Lever 3).
Requirement: worst invalid rate ≤ 10%
Requirement: worst invalid rate ≤ 10%
Every site must stay clean, not just the average.
Requirement: 1 completed payout OR avg reputation ≥ 80
Requirement: 1 completed payout OR avg reputation ≥ 80
Complete your first payout, or push average reputation to excellent — either unlocks Trusted.
Lever 5 — Keep the integration honest
The best inventory earns nothing if the impression never registers. These are the silent revenue leaks:Confirm the impression beacon fires
Impressions are only counted (and paid) on a fired, deduplicated beacon. A mis-integrated tag that renders but never beacons loses both the counted impression and the CPM revenue. Verify in your browser’s network tab that the impression request fires when the ad becomes visible — see Events & Tracking.
Use the correct Site ID and slot config
A wrong or missing Site ID can’t be attributed to your account. Double-check against My Sites → Integration in the dashboard.
Don't block the SDK
Ensure your CSP, ad-blocker test pages, or consent gates don’t stop the SDK from loading or beaconing to
core.adxensor.com. The Troubleshooting guide lists the exact CSP directives to allow.Let house fill do its job
Don’t hide or collapse slots that receive a house ad — house fills still earn you 50% of the house CPM. A collapsed slot earns zero.
The one-page checklist
Demand — support ≥ 2 standard IAB sizes per site · run multiple healthy sites
Quality — invalid rate ≤ 2% · CTR within 0.5%–6% · never incentivize clicks
Reputation — verify every site · grow real volume past 1k → 10k → 50k / 30 days
Tier — avg reputation ≥ 65, all sites ≤ 10% invalid, and complete one payout or reach avg reputation ≥ 80 → Trusted
Integration — confirm the impression beacon fires · correct Site ID · don’t block the SDK · don’t collapse house-filled slots
